The Agency
Full-service isn’t a tagline. It’s a floor plan.
Strategy, creative, production, media, co-op and reporting on one P&L, under one accountable team, from our offices in Chicago and Scottsdale. Here is each piece, and how it runs.
Media · Planned and Bought In-House
One plan, bought by our own team.
Every plan starts from the outcome your store needs, then the audiences that move it, then the channels that reach them.
Search and social capture demand, always on. Streaming and online video build it. Every channel is planned as one buy against your own first-party audiences.
PLANNED AND BOUGHT BY OUR OWN TEAM
- Paid search
- Paid social
- Programmatic display
- Native
- Streaming TV
- Online video
Our buyers negotiate rates directly and hold every vendor to one CPM and audience-delivery standard. Added value we negotiate goes into your plan.
- Media as a managed service
- The managed-media fee buys a human team that plans, buys and optimizes every week, with media dollars billed transparently and separately.
- Measured to the metal
- Reporting closes the loop to sold units and repair orders matched back in your DMS, not platform-reported clicks.
Studio · INFITIUM
A working studio, not a vendor list.
INFITIUM Studios is Pinnacle’s in-house production arm: broadcast spots, branded content, video, motion graphics, photography and editing, produced in our own studio. When a campaign needs a new cut for a weekend push, our own studio makes it, with no change order.
THE FLOOR
- A director and camera operators on staff
- A grip truck
- Three edit suites
- An audio booth
- 3D animation
- Color
Shooting local and national work anywhere in the country.
The spot raised millions in donations, from all 50 states, for the veterinary school’s research.
As published in the WeatherTech case study on our agency site.
Creative with a strategy department attached.
- Brand and campaign creative
- Strategic brand positioning and multi-channel campaign work from an automotive creative shop working since 1998, one that has carried national OEM-level work and dealer-grade retail on the same team.
- Dynamic inventory-fed creative
- VIN-level display units our creative team builds and maintains for your store from its live inventory feed, refreshed daily, so each unit shows a car you have in stock at its current price.
- Hand-built HTML5 display
- Animated display our designers build by hand, motion and transitions included, tied to your audiences and to OEM spec.
- A staffed compliance gate
- Every asset passes a human compliance review (APR, MSRP, down-payment and guaranteed-approval flags, motion sign-off, OEM co-op spec checks) before it goes live. Your ads carry your dealer license, and a person on our team owns that gate.
Spanish-Language and Multicultural
Origination, not translation.
Spanish-language marketing that works is written in Spanish from the first line, by people who live in the culture, for the market each store actually serves. Translating an English campaign and swapping the voiceover is how a brand tells a market it is an afterthought.
Planned in-language.
Spanish-language media is planned and bought for where those shoppers actually are, not copied from the English plan.
Written in-language.
Creative is written in Spanish from the brief by native speakers inside our creative process, never drafted in English and translated.
Planned market by market.
Each market is profiled from public census data (language at home, origin, age), and its plan weighs four jobs in its own proportions: hold core share, win shoppers from other brands, grow multicultural share, and keep sales and service customers.
One planning method applied to each market, not one plan for all of them.
How Your Account Runs
Who does what, when, and how it is checked.
Full service only means something if every piece has an owner and a check. This is how accounts run today.
| The work | Who owns it | When | How it is checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every buy | Strategist, buyer and traffic desk | On every buy | Our tracking system records a strategist check, a buyer check and a traffic status. |
| Every creative asset | Creative team and a staffed compliance reviewer | Before it goes live | APR, MSRP, down-payment and guaranteed-approval flags, motion sign-off, OEM co-op spec checks. |
| Delivery and results | Buyers and strategists | Every day | Read against the plan. |
| The whole plan, every channel | Your account team | Every week | Reviewed and optimized. |
| Your performance review | Your account team, with you | Every month | A live review against the plan, read back to sold units in your DMS where your data is connected. |
| The next quarter | Your account and strategy team, with you | Every quarter | A business review and the next quarter’s plan. |

OEM Co-Op and Compliance
Co-op, compliance, and the details that leak money.
We plan co-op-eligible campaigns, produce compliant creative, capture the required documentation, and manage submissions, so eligible dollars come back instead of expiring. Our team carries Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 program experience across 20+ OEM brands, and we run co-op as a management discipline from outside the OEM portals.
We also audit the plumbing: third-party lead parsers, call-tracking numbers, affiliate compliance, and proof that the ads you paid for actually ran.
