The full group story: pooling, suppression, routing, conquestThe questions GMs ask
Do we still need our current agency?
No. That’s the point. Pinnacle is the agency: strategy, creative, in-house production, media buying, co-op management, and reporting, with the One:One engine underneath. One contract replaces the platform-plus-agency-plus-creative-shop stack, and one team answers for the result.
What does the media management fee cover?
Media as a managed service: planning, buying, negotiation, weekly optimization, and closed-loop reporting back to your DMS, run by our in-house media desk against your own audiences. Media dollars are billed transparently and separately, and the fee structure is confirmed in your proposal. The platform fee covers the scoring, identity, and audience engine.
Do you run our paid search, or plug into someone else's?
We run it. Search, social, and display are planned, bought, and optimized by our in-house media desk as one funnel against your own audiences, from the day your first audiences go live. You’re not licensing a self-serve tool; a named team owns the buy, and your creative comes from our own studio.
How does attribution actually work?
A sale is attributed when the sold unit matches back in your DMS; a service win, when the repair order does. That matchback runs today, with match rate scaling as our identity layer completes. We don't count sliding engagement windows, and we don't present modeled ROI.
What are the contract terms?
Terms are written into your proposal before anything starts.
Who owns the data?
You do. We use your DMS records and your shoppers’ first-party signals to market your store. We never sell them, and we never share them with another dealer.
Do you change our website?
Only to add our tag. We don’t change what shoppers see on your site. The tag records what each visitor does so we can score it, and the audiences it builds go to your media, not to your pages.
Who makes the ads?
We do, in-house. INFITIUM Studios produces the video and motion work; our creative team builds the campaign, inventory-fed, and HTML5 units; and a staffed compliance review checks every asset against FTC and OEM co-op rules before it ships.
Do you handle co-op?
Yes, as a managed discipline. We plan eligible campaigns, produce compliant creative, capture documentation, and manage submissions across 20+ OEM brands, with Tier 1, 2, and 3 program experience. We run this from outside the OEM portals and we don’t hold portal certifications. What we bring is the management expertise that gets eligible dollars back.
How fast will we see something?
First audiences live in 30 to 60 days. Movement you can see in 30 days; a read you can trust in 90: sold units matched back in your DMS. We don’t present modeled ROI, so we won’t invent a number sooner.
